At RS Appliances, we aim to deliver your products safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after placing the order.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Remote areas may take longer for delivery.
Delays caused by courier/logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free delivery may be offered for select products or promotional offers.
Additional charges may apply for oversized items or special handling.
Delivery Process
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
Our delivery team/courier partner will attempt delivery at least [X times] before returning the order.
Customers should inspect the package on delivery and report any damages immediately.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed due to stock unavailability, customers will be notified.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient may incur additional re-delivery charges.
Refunds for undelivered items will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
